These workouts have been provided by Brandon Del Campo, professional triathlete. With that said, these workouts are pretty intense for beginners. The workouts are a good standard though that can give you some sense of how you can tailor your own workouts.

It is important to remember that our goal is not to become an olympian. These workouts are here for some guidance and t provide a good anchor for you to gauge your progress. Sometimes, the most important part of training is being consistent and just getting out there and doing it – even if it feels like you are just going through the motions. We are trying to be realistic here…no one expects you to do these workouts everytime you go out. But, they are here for you when you need a good change-up in your daily routine.
